St Augustine Record", 13 Jul 2008:  Kendell Wayne Goodall, 43, died peacefully on July 10, 2008, surrounded by
.                                    his family after a two-year battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease. "Kenny"
.                                    was born in Del Norte, Colo., on May 19, 1965, to Stanley and Wanda Goodall. His parents moved to Florida
.                                    when he was 1 month old. He attended St. Johns County schools and graduated from St. Augustine High School in
.                                    1983. Later, he earned an associate's degree in computer electronics. He began working during high school in the
.                                    construction industry. Working as a welder and because of his excellent craftsmanship and work ethic, he earned the
.                                    respect of many in the construction industry. He developed his own business, GoodNews Custom Welding Inc., in
.                                    2003. Kenny was a sports fan and played football for Pop Warner and St. Augustine High. He was best known for
.                                    the Florida orange and blue running through his veins and his closet. He attended, watched or listened to every
.                                    Gator football game. He was a lifelong member of Mill Creek Missionary Baptist Church. He especially enjoyed
.                                    working with children. He served as bus captain on a bus route and also as a counselor in the Junior Church. On
.                                    Feb. 10, 1990, he married Karen Nester, of St. Augustine, at her home church, Calvary Baptist Church. In the
.                                    course of 18 wonderful years, Kenny and Karen had six children. He was a dedicated husband and father, a good
.                                    provider, a faithful friend, and a loving son and brother. In every area of his life, he gave his all. He is survived by
.                                    his wife; his children, Kollin, 14, Kaley, 13, Konner, 8, Kaleb, 6, Kolton, 3, and Kendyl, 19 months; his parents;
.                                    his maternal grandparents, Malcolm and Marjorie Turner, of Canon City, Colo.; his two brothers, Keith and Kam-

.                                    served as the Senior Patrol Leader.  He has achieved the Brotherhood Honor in the Order of the Arrow, 24 Merit
.                                    Badges and is one short of the required list in order to work his project for the highest rank in scouting, that of an
.                                    Eagle Scout. As a Weblos 2, Kollin did his Cross over from Pack 347 to Troop 243 after receiving the highest honor
.                                    as a cub scout, being the Arrow of Life. While attending MCBCA, he was on the basketball and football teams both
.                                    of which he thoroughly enjoyed. He was an avid Geo Cacher and iPhone Apps/text pro. He was an active member
.                                    in his church youth group and enjoyed youth activities, teen and summer camps and spending time with his friends.
.                                    He also had a keen sense of humor and loved practical jokes, especially where his teachers were concerned.  He is
.                                    survived by his loving mother, Karen; brothers, Konner Goodall, 10, Kaleb Goodall, 8, and Kolton Goodall, 5;
.                                    sisters, Kaley Goodall, 15 and Kendyl Goodall, 4; paternal great-grandmother, Marjorie Turner of Canon City,
.                                    Cola.; paternal grandparents, Stanley Goodall, Zephyrhills, Fla., and Wanda Goodall, St. Augustine; maternal
